Bummae (pr. Boom-ma-e) means “Babbo Natale” (Santa Claus) and it’s the name that my daughter gave to a cuddly Christmas toy when she was little.

When it came time to choose a name for my website, that was my immediate choice.

Thanks to my kids I’ve embraced a more playful — and grateful — approach to life and nature.

and then I bring to the mix my skills,

my appreciation for the incredible nature around me,

my experience in design, retail and communication,

and – last but not least – the incredible practicality that comes from being a parent.

and – guess what – many times they speak to us through their surface.
